Our Solution
Bella Tech executed a phased migration to AWS over 10 weeks. We containerized the application with Docker, set up ECS clusters with auto-scaling, implemented a CI/CD pipeline with GitHub Actions, and migrated the database to RDS with zero-downtime cutover. All infrastructure was codified with Terraform for full reproducibility and disaster recovery.
The Results
Deployment time went from 2 days to 12 minutes. Infrastructure costs dropped 35% through right-sizing and reserved instances. The platform now auto-scales to handle 10x traffic spikes during peak periods with zero downtime.
